Levels of Economic Activity

Today, I asked the kids to sort a list of jobs by level of economic activity. We have been reading the section on Economy in the Social Studies book.  There is a great chart on page 54 in the textbook.  We have also spent a couple of days talking about this concept, and although it is abstract, I think with a little thought, it can be done.  I am attaching a copy of the list of jobs that need to be sorted.  It is due tomorrow, December 11, 2012. Some of the job titles (apple picker) sound "mean", but I needed a few jobs at the Primary Level.
